Installation
1. To turn on/off the sockets, press the power buttons on the relevant side of the device.
2. The sockets can be independently controlled via Hybrone.
WARNING
Please refrain from using the Smart Wi-Fi Outlet in wet or humid areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms.
Device Configuration
Press the button on the Dual Smart Wi-Fi Socket. The red LED will blink rapidly.
If the LED does not blinking, try resetting the device.
Device Reset
If the Dual Smart Wi-Fi Socket fails to respond to commands, you may need to reset the device.
1. Unplug the Smart Wi-Fi Socket.
2. Plug the device back into the outlet.
3. Press and hold the button on the device until the LED indicator blinks rapidly. (Between 5 to 10 seconds)
4. Follow the steps in the configuration guide.

STEP 1
Hybrone Account
First of all, you must have a Hybrone Cloud account to deploy and manage the
Hybrone WiFi Dual Smart Plug.
You can complete the device setup process by logging into your Hybrone account with the Hybrone Mobile application. In your account, select the location where you want to add the device and then click the add new devicebutton. The add new device wizard will be launched.
Communication Definitions and Considerations
For device monitoring and receiving notifications, an active internet connection is required. The device setup is done through the Hybrone mobile application. The necessary steps to be taken are shown in the application's instructions. Before starting the setup via the application, router settings may need to be configured. The device supports the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi frequency band. Router Wi-Fi frequency should be set to the 2.4 GHz band. Also, make sure to note down the Wi-Fi network name and password.
STEP 2
Adding a Device to Hybrone
In Hybrone Mobile application, the wizard for adding a new device is started and the instructions on the screen are followed respectively. Here, device type "IoT Sensor" and device brand "Hybrone" should be selected. In the next steps, your device will be found automatically and the wizard will continue and the device addition process will be completed.
If your device cannot be added automatically, you can try the manual addition method.
By opening the manual addition screen, you must first enter the Wi-Fi information you want to connect the device to the internet and then set the connection mode on the device.
Press and hold the connection button for 5 seconds, the blue LED will blink rapidly (about 2 times per second)
Press and hold the connection button for 5 seconds, the blue LED will flash quickly (about 2 times per second), then press and hold the button again for 5 seconds, the blue LED will flash slowly (about 1 time per 3 seconds)
Activating the Device
Once your device has been successfully added, the new device addition wizard will direct you to the device subscription package selection screen. On this screen, select the appropriate subscription package, continue the steps in the wizard and complete the process of activating your device in your Hybrone account.

This device complies with FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference.
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
RF EXPOSURE INFORMATION
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements. The device can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.
WARNINGS
Check that the device is powered on and that your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
Check routers; if the router is dual-band, please select the 2.4GHz network to add the device. Also, ensure that the router's broadcast function is enabled.
Set up the wired router: Set the encryption method to WPA2-PSK and the authentication type to AES. Set both to automatic. The wireless mode should not be only 5GHz. Also, ensure that the router's Wi-Fi network name contains only English characters. Keep the device and router at a certain distance to receive a strong Wi-Fi signal.
Check if connected devices have reached the maximum router connection limit. Try turning off Wi-Fi connection for some devices.
Ensure that the wireless MAC filter function is enabled.
Ensure that the router does not prohibit the device from connecting.
Make sure the password entered when adding a new device is correct.
