First of all, thank you for using Hybrone platform. This guide is for system integrators to explain how to add Dahua NVR/XVR to Hybrone.
Adding Recorder Device to Hybrone
STEP 1
Make sure that the device is updated with firmware supporting Hybrone.
On the Customer Detail page, on the devices tab, click on the add device buttonshown in the below.
STEP 2
On the emerging screen, select the area you want to add the device. The device type should be Recorder. Enter the name of the device. Enter the device serial number for your inventory management. Then, click the next button.
STEP 3
Specify the device vendor and the model you want to add. After that, enter the MAC address of the recorder.
STEP 4
On the edit channels section, select the channel you want to activate. Specify a name and an area for the activated channels. Hybrone cannot get the signals from the channels unless you activate the channels.
STEP 5
On the edit disks section, you can activate disks and name them. Hybrone cannot get the signals from the disks unless you activate disks.
STEP 6
Choose a Subscription Package

On the summary screen, after making sure that all information is correct, you can finish adding process by clicking Finish button.
Preparing the DVR
STEP 1
First, remove the screws on the bottom and back of your device using a screwdriver and connect your hard disk as described in the manual and replace the necessary screws.
STEP 2
After plugging the cables of the Monitor, Network and Mouse into the relevant ports, power on your device and turn it on.
STEP 3
After the device is turned on, change the default password, set a pattern and continue. After the settings are finished, right click on the default screen and enter the menu.
STEP 4
After entering the menu, go to the Maintenance tab and click on System Update. From the page that opens, click on Local Update from the NVR Upgrade option and download the file by finding the relevant model of the device you want to update from the current software in the link below via a USB and transfer the file to the USB and insert the USB into your recorder to update your Recorder, after inserting the USB into your recorder, select the relevant Firmware from the Local Update section and start the update process, after the update is finished, your Recorder will restart itself.
Dahua Firmwares Compatible With Hybrone
STEP 5
After the device reboots itself, from the menu option, click on Ez Cloud from the Network tab on the left side and check if your device is connected to the internet, if your device is connected to the network, continue with the next step.
STEP 6
From the Menu tab, open the Network tab and click on Enable Alarm Service from the Platform option.
After Enabling Alarm Service, enter the following numbers in the relevant sections without any errors;
Server Address : dahua.hybrone.com - 3.74.85.226
Server Port : 3002
Device ID : XXXXXXXXXXX
Once this is done, you can send a test signal to Hybrone.
After a short wait, you can see your device in Hybrone under the venues option.
Configuration on Dahua Devices
In Dahua Recorder interface, enter Main Menu -> Network -> Alarm Center respectively. On the page, enter “dahua.hybrone.com” as a server address and 3002 as a port. Click “Confirm” button. You can send manual test signals to Hybrone platform by clicking “Test” button and then you can test device signals from Hybrone interface.
Important Note 1: You should activate alarms you want to get signal about it. Activate “Send Alarm” checkbox and click “Set” button and make sure that on the pop-up screen “HTTP" protocol is selected and “Event” checkbox is activated. The device cannot send any signal not activated.
Important Note 2: Except Video Lost signal, IP camera sends offline signals as separately. After activating Video Lost signals, activate Camera Offline signals as well. Video Lost signal means IP camera connects NVR but camera cannot produce video signal, Camera Offline means NVR cannot reach the IP camera via network.
